Dude, It's Firing! monitors surf conditions at your selected spots using NOAA buoy data, wind readings, and tide predictions. When conditions meet your threshold, we send you an SMS or email alert. We are an alert service — not a forecast service. We do not guarantee surf quality, safety, or conditions at any time.
The Services are provided for personal use only and are not intended for commercial redistribution or resale.
All content, software, trademarks, and materials on dudeitsfiring.com are owned by Royal Fortune and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Your subscription is billed annually and will automatically renew each year unless cancelled. You consent to recurring charges to your payment method on file without requiring prior approval for each renewal.
You may cancel at any time by replying STOP or KOOK to any alert text, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid term.
We may change subscription pricing and will notify active subscribers in advance in accordance with applicable law.
By signing up, you expressly consent to receive SMS alerts from Dude, It's Firing! at the phone number you provide. Message frequency varies based on surf conditions — typically 0–4 messages per month per spot.
Reply STOP or KOOK to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages. You can also click the unsubscribe link included in every alert.
Standard message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We are not responsible for decisions you make based on our alerts, missed surf sessions, wipeouts, hold-downs, injury, or any harm resulting from surfing. Don't be a kook. Surf at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Royal Fortune's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the six (6) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the matter informally for at least 30 days.
If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in California. You waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class action proceedings.
Any claim must be filed within one (1) year of the cause of action arising.
All subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time and your access will continue through the end of your paid period, after which your subscription will not renew.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Royal Fortune regarding the Services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. We may assign our rights and obligations at any time.
